We are happy to announce that within the following year our company will be releasing a new product called DocMen, with the main aim of Document Archivation as governed by the local Romanian laws which was published in 2003. Also this software gives its users an easier way to search for a specific document which has been added to the database and also reprint a copy of the document in the case the original has been lost. If OCR recognision has been opted for the program gives the users a possibility to search within the text of the document aswell and not only in the short description which has been given when it has been scanned and introduced in the program. A nother possibility is to attach a document which is already in a digital form (e.g. Microsoft® Word® document, or a PDF document) which can be indexed and is searchable for the end user.
